GIF Avatar Help

So I bought Avatar Animation from the shop and no matter what GIF I upload, it never seems to work.
I feel weird sounding like a noob, but I'd just like to know what I can/should do to fix this. Thanks!

Do you have the option to "Configure" it in your inventory? I've never used the add-on, but I think some need to be configured before they work.

Make sure the gif dimensions is still 100x100 unless you have the width extension add-on as well. There's a size limit (on gifs as well (239.5kb or something)

I see so 100 is max size on both ends unless the extension is bought. I bought the extension and resized my GIFS. Thanks Gracelia!
