Getting Gracie

Is there a requirement that I need before Gracie will appear in my town? She hasn't appeared at all, and I don't have ideas. Or is it just a random thing and I've had no luck? q.q

I believe you have to have your Nookling store at the TIY upgrade before she will start appearing.
(but I'm not sure, I'm not that far in the game yet)

And even then it will be random when she'll be there. I've seen lots of stories in which she first comes 2 times in one week and then not show up for 2 months.

"To upgrade to T&T Emporium, the player must spend at least 100,000 Bells at T.I.Y., complete four Gracie Fashion Checks and have had the store open for at least 30 days. Gracie doesn't appear at your Town Plaza until you have spent 70,000 bells at T.I.Y."

And even then it will be random when she'll be there. I've seen lots of stories in which she first comes 2 times in one week and then not show up for 2 months.

That I can tell you about, man. She's come to my two twive in like 9 days, now I've done over a month worth of TT'ing and she just won't show up.
