Anyone know how to get the hedge DIY after the Nature events? Does it become available at the Nook Stop?

it's not exclusive to the nature event I was wondering how to get it as well since I skipped the nature event, but after buying like a stack or two of shrubs from leif, he gives you the hedge diy for free
