Do you have to have the same type of wifi to get the friend code to get these items? because my wifi is the kind nintendo won't accept for friend codes.

You know, Nintendo supports the one with low security, so i don't think I will do that, it's not worth it. Just hoping they support both for Ac3Ds

I know that is true for the DS, but I've not had any problems with my Wii online. I have a WPA-something setup, and it is supported by both my Wii and my 3ds

Yeah, I can race online in Mario Kart Wii and 3DS, I just can't get a friend code for WW, I havent tried for City Folk yet though.

Good News, I was able to Connect in City Folk, YAY!
