gender ratio?

I have one of each personalities except lazy and normals I have 2 each so about even ratio

my current lineup has me at 5 males and 4 females (need to go island hopping lol) but once i’ve obtained all my dreamies, i’ll have 7 females and 3 males lmaoo. it’s not a equal gender ratio at all but it seems i like more of the female villagers than the male ones aha ;w;

No matter what I do, I end up with more girls. I like the girl villagers better, most of the time. I planned out my dreamy list and literally they're all girls except for Marshal. Nothing against boy villagers, I just like the cutesy girl ones!

At the moment I have 7 female villagers and 3 males. Of the female villagers, 3 are peppy, 2 are normal, and one snooty and uchi. For males, I have 2 lazy, and one jock.

I really want a cranky villager as I feel my Island is missing that fatherly vibe. So I'm willing to let Tangy go once she asks, as much as I love her, I do have her picture and I want to get as many pictures as possible. I'm not sure who I would let go for a smug, but I would like to have at least one villager for all personalities.

I really do prefer the female villagers overall, life would be easier if Nintendo released an update that gave you the option to have two more villagers

Mine is 5:5 atm, surprising because I like a lot of normals and more of the girl villagers in general. In NL I barley had any boys but trying to have at least one from each personality type this time.... not working out since 4 of my girls are normals lol xD

As much as I want a 5:5 female male ratio with different personalities... I prefer how they look like while some I've grown too attached to let go.
Only got like 3 male and 7 female.... someday I might kick Poppy or Judy out for another male cranky like Static or Bruce.

My final village will likely be 100% female because I just find them more aesthetically pleasing. Will have some male villagers pass through in the meantime to get those reactions, hopefully I don't get attached.
