From now on when I have a Tier 1 villager, I will be posting them in this thread. For 1 hour I will be accepting entries of random numbers between 1 and 30. At the end of the hour I will use a random number generator and whoever is closest to the generated number will receive the villager. I'm sorry and I really feel like this is unfair to people that aren't online, but the first time I posted my giveaway, I tried to keep it open for 36 hours and didn't get many entries and by the time I chose the winner, many people were offline. I ended up very tired, and had to give Fang to a different winner. I feel like if the threads aren't going to get many entries, it would be better to just hold the giveaway in this thread instead of creating a new one each time.

tl;dr: just put a random number between 1 and 30 to try to get a Tier 1 villager that you want okay

We're going to be putting this to the test right now.
