Yep, judging by the title I am Australian.
Decided to play ACNL again after I heard the new game was coming to the Switch. (I needed my fix early.)
Unfortunately I lost my original cartridge years ago. So I started again this year with a newly bought digital copy.
I'm mainly only focusing on the completion of the bug/fish/sea creature encyclopedia right now.
Time travelled a few times just to get certain things to speed up the process.
(Mainly to get the QR Scanner to put down paths and also catch certain bugs/fish I want that are available late when I'm too tired to play.)
(I know some people are against it, but I believe Animal Crossing should be played however one likes.) I try to keep TT to a minimum though.
Btw my introduction to AC would have been with Wild World on the DS. I never played City Folk and I'm not interested in Pocket Camp.
I'm soo ready for the Switch title though!
