In Marina's rules it doesn't specify the wait time for bumping. In TBT's forum rules you must wait 2 hours before bumping a thread (especially your own thread). There have been plenty of giveaway/contest threads that "break" TBT's forum rule about bumping. I think you're fine, unless Marina says otherwise.
