Gabi is self-aware

Just a funny story I wanted to share.

Yesterday one of my villagers asked me to deliver a package to my other villager named Gabi. It turned out to be a durian, and when she opened the present I yelled rather loudly, "Oh mannnn, I want the durian!" (It was a fruit I didn't have in my town yet).

Today, Gabi said to me, "I heard that you wanted a durian. Here, take this one!"

She can hear us...........

Lol, that's freaky.
What if in the future, you could actually use the mic to interact with your villagers, completely.
I know now, you can use the megaphone, and everything, but if you could actually talk to them, and
they could form responses. That would be interesting...I think it would freak me out though.

Also... I'm probably biased because I don't really like her, but that is truly terrifying. Like I would actually be afraid of her. She's self aware so you don't know what she's truly capable of??? she could crawl out of your screen one day into the real world and attack you because you trapped her in there for so long and maybe she'll take control of your body and live your life as you and no one would ever kn0w that its not youu and itsz actauallly a creepy little self-aware rabid rabbit so sleep with your eyes open from now on and never play new leaf alone

I love it when things like this happen in ACNL. I had been checking for ages and ages for a cheese floor to show up in my T&T (working on catalog), and after what felt like an eternity, Boone gave me one in exchange for a river fish. Booyah!

Something kinda like this happened in my game. Nan gave Rudy a shirt (can't remember the name of it unfortunately) and i looked it up and i loved it and he said he loved it so i figured he'd change into it and i wouldn't be able to get him to sell it to me later. Later that day, he pinged me to give it to me saying he was bored of it. Poor nan though lol she said she really tried to find something he'd love

That's pretty funny! I think that villagers have a small inventory of their own. I keep getting items from them that one of the other playable characters sent them or that I delivered as a gift from another villager.

I've seen the villagers do the fist-to-chin thing when planting flowers.
