Frozen villager when singing?

Has this ever happened to anyones villager before?
Olive is outside the town hall i’m assuming this is because shes going to sing but instead she’s frozen?? I’ve saved a video and a few screen shots which I can upload but just wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else before?

My Marina does this pretty much anytime I put a new song into a stereo and then don't play anything else, leaving the old song still going. That may have even happened when I did it inside my house too but I don't remember. It is an interesting phenomenon for sure. My solution is to register the new song, then go to the one playing, deselect it and select it again.

my villagers do this whenever kk is in town. like one will be standing there not moving, you can still talk to them and stuff but they don’t move. this happened with cranston and when it started raining he didn’t even put his raincoat on or use his umbrella
