Friendship prison

When my town was new, all the houses were pretty much crammed into one area and there was one bridge, so I trapped four villagers on this one bridge and it was a bit mental, lol. They didn't really do much other than walk into each other.

What'd be cool would be that villagers could have their own friendship ladders (maybe they already do, I'm not sure). The higher the ladder, the more likely it is for them to be in each other's homes, nearby each other, deliver presents, etc. But most importantly...
THOSE DARN CONVOSATIONS.

Oh that would be great! Honestly it really bugs me when they just done even acknowledge each other, although their rare little arguments and interactions can be cute, although I find it hard to take sides!

Never thought of that, when i dig holes arround a villager usually is because I dislike him/her, and I don't want to see her/him for a long time, at least in my way. That is what I did to Pippy and Truffles, but I did it separtely.

Anyway, I dislike when they interact with each other, if anything, my villagers interact a little too much, I hate to see them talking to each other and can't make it on time to listening their conversation, because usually when I don't they change their clothes or their catchphrase, and I REALLY HATE THAT.

lol I used to do this in WW. xD

In NL, it usually takes about 5-10 minutes for villagers to talk to each other if they're nearby. So... sometimes I'll just watch villagers for that amount of time and sometimes they'll end up speaking to each other. Best time to do this is after you do a PWP celebration, 'cause 4 villagers are gathered there. :P

Imagine this. You are a villager in New Leaf. You?re strolling through the town, then you see your next door neighbor walk by. You know that since they are your next door neighbor, you should probably try to get to know them a little better.

So what do you do?

Stupidly walk into them, of course!

I?m going to agree with everyone and say that villagers need to have more conversations. You shouldn?t have to imprison villagers to make them talk to each other!

I literally do that almost every day. No matter who. Everyone will be sentenced to Friendship Prison for most a few hours. Everyone goes off singing 90% of the time whenever I don't listen to their conversation. No one gets sad or goes into an argument. If I do, they don't walk away doing anything except one time Bob fell asleep before telling Flip a secret. Flip got sad.

OK sorry for being off topic but that is an amazing Signature. Where is it from?

I always imprison them to force them to suggest town projects. Like a real mayor.
