One reviewer? THAT IS THE THING, listen.
IGN is one of the most popular gaming sites. This score may make or break a purchase for some people. They're like "LOL, THIS IS ANOTHER GAMECUBE GAME!!1!!" and won't buy it.
Meaning the end of the FE series, at least in America. No revenue = no more games.
#!@#$@#%@#$%
I shall get back at them for this, I swear... </big></big>

Well, then you're *CEN-2.0-SORD* outta luck.Bulerias said:Hey, I'm the kind that freaks out over getting a 95. I don't settle for anything less than perfect, either.
It never said that.SIMPLE STORYTELLING, huh?
Says you.Radiant Dawn's story is one of the most engrossing in ANY game
The writer did say that it wasn't needed, just that there is little additions over the GameCube version. No motion, no IR, no Mii, no online... Are you certifiably insane? How the FREAK would Fire Emblem use Miis? Motion sensitivity, while nice, is NOT NECESSARY. Damn you again, IGN.
Not true. However, I personally don't want to see games like Fire Emblem or Legend of Zelda ever getting true voice acting. With so much text in Fire Emblem, voicing it all is impossible.
Don't pretend to represent all people who have ever bought a Fire Emblem game.Fire Emblem is ALL about the gameplay, nobody played games in the series for the presentation.
Are you a critical extremist? Things aren't perfect or completely broken.THERE. THE OPENING PARAGRAPH SAYS IT BEST. Then why bother criticizing the game if you KNOW THAT FIRE EMBLEM DOES NOT NEED REHAULS?

I didn't actually read the article. I assumed you would give me the whole selection from the article. It never said that?
"...extremely simply storytelling that makes use of only a backdrop."
I don't believe you were either, but using a pure opinion as an argument is just plain silly. I'm sure an e-writer such as yourself knows that.Yes, says me. I don't believe I was talking as multiple people.
Yes, and he docked off points because of it.Yes, because he felt that something more than a straight sequel is needed when jumping generations.
Do you really actually know what you're talking about here? You aren't involved in the development process at any point, so don't assume you know the magnitude of the game's text. A lot of games these days have great voice acting. Not true? Okay... maybe not impossible. NIGH impossible is the word.
The thing is you don't. You're presenting your opinion as a general opinion, and it may or may not be, and you can't claim to know if it is.I know a lot of Fire Emblem fans that are the same way.
No, and I never will Danny-boy.Maybe I AM an extremist. Ever watch my VC videos?

Not reading the source material is an even worse base for an argument, my friend.
Okay, that I can understand... but do you HONESTLY see Mii-integrating helping a series like Fire Emblem? Tell me "yes" with a straight face.
I KNOW how much text is in two for a few reasons.
1) I've read Japanese translations
2) Even if I wouldn't have done the above, I would have read places that say that there is more text here than in the prequel, and Path of Radiance had a LOT of text.
I don't? And you know this... how?
Mmmkay, Mino.

I'm not arguing for or against the game, just your unfair treatment of a review. When did you confuse that?Bulerias said:How are YOU trying to have ANY argument if you didn't even read the whole article?
