Former Villagers On Main Street

I've just started getting my old villagers on my main street in Chrome. However, all I ever see are Anicotti and Ricky. I don't mind them, but I'd like to see some of my other villagers as well, particularly Kiki. She was my fourth or fifth move out, do only your oldest move outs show up, and as you cycle villagers do the other appear? Or am I just being impatient?

I think you need o move out 5 more after them for them to show up!
