Former Neighbour in Main Street

Something strange I had noticed. When I was doing business in Main Street, my former neighbour Pinky was loitering around the stores. She's been there for over a week.

Does anyone have that scenario? When an ex-villager is visiting your town's stores?

The game is supposed to do that. Once you get 4 villagers to move out they all visit main street.
