Forgetting DIY glitch?

This happened to me too. I didn’t notice my deer scare DIY had disappeared until I learnt it again

I am uncertain if this is in fact a glitch , or if I’m imagining things in my head. There’s no way for me to prove any of this.

I experienced this, multiple times. I posted about it a month or two ago. For me the fix was just learning more DIYs, but it's annoying as all hell for sure, I KNOW it was a glitch because I went and bought another of the same DIY and it said I already knew it, even though I scrubbed my DIY catalog and it was NOT there.
