So I have modified them now so that they are right side up when the 3ds is closed, but I saved the pics from before I did that. This is most of the artwork I have had comissioned. The first one is my reg 3ds, and the front cover is my big commission from the amazing Yookey. The 2nd is the skin for my new 3ds xl, and the artwork is the fab MTurtle on the front, another of hers on the inside and also art from Yookey and Allison. The last is a phone cover with another comission from MTurtle. I'll take lots of pics when they come in!

Right!!! And you don't have to be as obsessive as I was. I want to say the custom for the new 3ds xl was $20 and for the reg 3ds was $18. Buuuut I wanted to get all my devices done.

If I wasn't attached to my current 3DS decal (that and I made it myself), I'd totally get one for mine. XD Maybe for my new laptop, well, assuming I like it enough to keep it first... Hmm, I do have a lotta art I like a lot, though not sure if I'd get a decal of it, but I did see this really pretty peacock one I liked.

Btw, Daco, I dunno if you saw my post on MTurtle's thread, but they way you have it posted here, is how ya want it since it'll be right side up when your 3DS is open. It's a pref thing, but I personally find it odd when it's upside down when the device is open. That's just me though.

Those are so cute! A great price, too. I work at a sign company and we do a lot of custom vinyl wraps like those. I made some stickers of artwork I commissioned, but haven't made anything this cool yet

Like I said, it's a pref thing. Oh, which finish did you get -- glossy or matte? Curious how the finishes will look on the finished products. I know it's probably exactly as it sounds, but still good to know.

I got the glossy finish on both. Also ordered the kids some new skins for theirs. Just reg cheaper ones off ebay. They were buy 2 get one free so 3 for $15. Not too bad! Moo's was like $9 but his was for the new one.

have you done anything for the new 3ds? maybe ill commissions my boyfriend some art and he can put it on his. mine is the super smash bros one so this would be perfect for his!

Really tempted to get one now, they look awesome! I've had skins on my phone before, but never thought about DS ones.
