October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and many of you who know me know that my best friend, Sara who is 25 years old is currently battling breast cancer. She's been through 4 surgeries so far including a double mastectomy, she an amazing person and I don't know anyone stronger, but anyway, enough of "the blog tree" this thread isn't about her in particular.

If you could, please visit The Breast Cancer Site and click everyday! This helps women get the chance to get a free mammogram, which is an amazing cause due to how expensive these can get. Many women don't get them due to the price and breast cancer can go undetected until it is too late! So please visit the site (you can click everyday and all day!) and help spread Breast Cancer Awareness!

My town is going to have a walkathon sometime later this month and I'll be walking it. I believe somebody on my Mom's side has breast cancer but she doesn't really talk to her because of some past experiences.

No, that is not something you should ever wish for. Cancer is a terrible thing and you should hope that no one close to you ever gets it. It's not something to joke about. People die from this illness.
