So I decided to redo just about everything in my town, since I've had the same paths in the same place for roughly a year. After placing four types of each flower into storage, I got rid of a bunch of the flowers. Keep in mind, I'm not doing any time traveling, as I don't want to lose my villagers. So after about a month of getting rid of public works projects and storing flowers, I've gotten rid of quite a bit. I feel accomplished!

So how do you guys feel after you delete towns? What generally inspires you to delete towns after you put so much work into them?

I know it isn't quite the same as what I'm doing, but I can't help but feel curious.

I deleted my first town after a long break just a general detachment from my animals.
I'll never delete my current town. My animals have all made an impact, even the ones who have left.
But the old town? Yeah...nobody made an impact and I didn't like it.
I like Loki as it is now~

I deleted my first town because Sparro ,my favorite villager, had moved out without warning. I was upset about it at first but the next day one of the villagers from my old town moved in (Ed), and it inspired me to get most of my villagers back. Now that I have all of my dreamies I'm never deleting my current town. I sometimes end up visiting my old town's dream.

I don't think I'd ever delete my town I've worked so hard on it

This is why I didn't completely delete mine. I'm just taking out all of the projects/paths/flowers and adding them back in, but in different places. I just finished the flower fiasco, and I gotta say....the fireworks is a nice celebration. I'm really happy to be doing this. It feels like I'm airing out the old and accepting new ideas. I love this game so much. And all of my animals that have come and gone are precious.

I don't know, I'm just really happy.

I don't think I would delete my town, I've put too much time and effort into it that it would make me sad to delete it.

I removed all the PWP in my main town just before my 2nd year anniversary. All the fairytale items got removed and Zen replaced it. It's me now and feels very good. It's nice changing my towns.
I'm working on my newest town and was surprised now much I like the pastel colours there. It was the pink lily and white cosmos that made me fall in love with the idea. Trying to get more to grow is a problem so it's going to be a slow progress I was going to go with Zen bridge and than stopped. The fairytale bridge, town hall and city hall look nice with the pink flowers.

The villagers have been very good with streetlights but not with the benches. I'm stuck with yellow only. I want to test the wooden or fairytale to see which one is best. Mayor Queenbee better get what she wants soon.

I deleted my first ever town, because it was kind of half-assed.

I decided to start fresh and be more picky with my map, house placement, etc., and my now-main town is absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change a thing :) It's nice to switch things up!

My last town was called Cupcake, I had it ever since the game came out. I deleted it a few months ago after not playing for over year. I just wanted a fresh start. I didn't like my house placement anymore, or the town map. A couple of my most favorite villagers moved and everyone else was just 'meh'. I had lots of bells in the bank, as well as my house all done to my liking. But I still decided to restart it, and I've been very happy ever since. I won't ever delete and restart the town I have now ^^

Before I got New Leaf I only had Wild World. I played religiously years ago then stopped for awhile. When my boyfriend was like hey I found my Wild World let's play together I was like okay! I decided to restart my game. It was LATER that we realized we couldn't connect anymore cause they shut off the wifi to the DS so I lost Shampoodle forever. I was pretty upset so I wanted New Leaf xD Trying to get him to upgrade now.

I deleted my original town Skullton because it was incredibly poorly done and Julian had gotten lost somehow. I didn't know any of the safe-TT laws back then (wow, that makes them sound super cool).

When I started Baker, within a week of having joined the forums someone gave me Julian for free for the new town. I was so happy~ and now I've put so much into Baker I couldn't delete it. I love my core villagers too much and there's just so much work put into everything as a whole. So many Bells, so many BTB, so many hours of careful furniture arrangement, refurbishment, and path-laying...

(I also don't know if I could find most of my Sherlock QR codes again because god knows I don't even know how to make a different theme town at this point so there's also that)
