○ Lurking list gets cleaned on the last Sunday of the month (or when I remember, lol)

→ Price: 25 TBT for in-house villager
→ Maximum 1 villager
→ Lurkers have chance to buyout villager for 20 TBT + tier price if someone else wants to reserve
