I love them both! But I voted for Kiki

Back when Tom lived in Primrose he was a really great neighbor (love crankies), but something that kinda bugged me about him was the way his eyes looked. Not like the shape or color or anything (those are fine), but there was something weird about the way they were designed. Around the edges it was almost like some of the pixels were the wrong color or something. They looked too pixely and unprofessional-ish. Haa, not really sure how to explain it. He just didn't quite look as polished and nicely made as the other villagers for some reason. His eyes looked off to me. It might have just been my screen/game though, cause I've never heard anyone else mention this.

Kiki is absolutely adorable!
I understand though that it would be nice to have a cranky personality in your town, so maybe Tom is the better choice. I just suggest you visit them both in dream towns so you know for sure what they look like and that you'll be happy with who you choose, haha.

Imo Tom looks way better than Kiki. I just can't get past Kiki's huge snout nose. I was never really a fan of Tom's design either but after having him in my town for a couple weeks it grew on me and he started to look cute-ish. Plus like other people have said you don't have a cranky.
