Final cat faceoff! Kiki vs Tom!

Just under a week ago I made this thread here, asking what my final cat villager should be. Both Kiki and Tom have been incredibly close in votes, so I want to do this face off to settle it once and for all!

Should I adopt
Kiki the normal cat
or
Tom the cranky cat


Keeping in mind I already have one normal cat and no cranky cats in my town.

Vote away! I'll keep this going until Friday night.

I'm all for Kiki, I'm debating trying to find a place for her in my town myself, but I love everyone in my town to much. Kiki has such a cute design and I always love the normal characters, Kiki and Bettina are definitely my two favorite normals. (And Aurora) plus a reference to Kiki's Delivery Service, can't go wrong with Kiki.

Tom all the way!! I know everyone loves Kiki and all but she's somewhat bland to me and there's better/cuter normal cats imo, Tom has been there since original animal crossing and he's one of the most funny villagers (besides scoot and bob) that I have had.

I love both Kiki and Tom! I think you should pick based on the personality if you like them both, though. Are you okay with having two normals? Do you like any crankies more than you like Tom?

Tom gets my vote. You currently lack a cranky villager, so he'd be a good addition. I like Kiki's coloration and shirt, but I really don't like her face.

Normally, I'd say go for the cranky instead of an extra normal, but I like Kiki so much!

I'm not a big lover of the cat villagers, but I voted for Kiki because of the obvious Miyazaki connection.

i know i posted the same thing in the other thread lol but i'm still 100% pro-Tom! i really want to like kiki, but i'm just not a fan, i don't find her face very appealing. and i loooove normals & black cats.​

I think the only other cranky cat (as someone mentioned above) is Kabuki and Kabuki really freaks me out and wouldn't fit in with my general town theme anyway. I just have so many doubles of personalities in my town that eventually it's going to be a hindrance when I can't get new PWPs and I get sick of the same dialogues.

Me too. Black is also my favorite color and cats are my favorite animal, so naturally I'm like "awwww a black cat my favorite!"

I'm thinking that if I get Tom, I can save Kiki for if I get any accidental move-outs.

tom is one of my favourite villagers! not only is he really cute, but you also don't seem to have a cranky villager yet. i always make sure all of my villagers have diverse personalities, so i'd suggest you do the same!
