Filbert Versus Marshal Showdown!

Who do you like better? Please don't just choose Marshal just because he's popular, actually have a reasonable choice for your decision. Try to consider both before making your final choice, thanks!

I let filber go because I don't care for him as a lazy. Punchy is my lazy.

Haha I know what you mean! I love all the squirrels too (though yeah Hazel is weird :/)

*imagine the both of them in dresses* ...It's definitely Marshal. Filbert stares into your soul, and only the MC is allowed to do that, lol. Seriously, I prefer Marshal's face and color scheme. Nothing against light blue, but I never really like it when you place light blue with pink. Just... No.

Anyway, I have my own favorite Lazies and Smugs, which are neither of these two. Filbert could've been great as a Jock, while Marshal could have been a nice Cranky (I still pick Static over Marshal for that though).

I'm not on Team Marshal by any means, but he still gets my vote. Filbert is just not my brand of creepy.

I much prefer Filly.. I do like Marshal, but he doesn't deserve the popularity he has.. He's a great villager, but he's not dreamy worthy, as opposed to Filly who deserves more popularity, and is crazy cute

I've had both of them before, and although I've known Filbert since Wild World, I have to say that my love for Marshal is overpowering. It's not because he's popular, though. Well, I started to "get to know" Marshal because he was becoming popular, but even before he was huge on every forum he began to grow as one of my favorite villagers.
Maybe you should create more threads like this, and whichever villager wins gets to go to the next "round" until they drop out!

I picked Filbert because I found him to be really cute during his stay. Went perfectly with Agent S <3.

Let him go because I preferred her, and I sort have a "all different species" rule. Was picked up by someone, and I have no regrets about it to this day, simply because I know he went to a good home.

I love Marshal's grumpy face but rosy cheeks.

I prefer Marshal because he's one of the few not-ugly Smugs. As soon as he's requested all the Smug PWPs he's being traded for Kyle or sold. I enjoy having him in my town and I look forward to seeing him but he's very overrated, there's many cuter villagers.

I find Filbert really creepy and there's a lot of cuter Lazies.
