In animal crossing new leaf , I’m not really sure.
According to wiki it’s supposed to occur late February or early March. Is that correct?

Yeah this year was kinda weird, it was in early February with snow on the ground still. I can't remember which day but I want to say the 10th or 11th.

It's always on the monday of real life Carnaval, so yes, this year it was February 12th. You may want to time travel back to make it.
