Which fence is this?? When I go to custom block fence its grey'd out, im so confused.

when i go to harvey's to custom it, its not available to do so, nor at a DIY bench

Where is that image from? It looks like a promotional image, judging by the speech bubble. Maybe it's depicting an unreleased fence or a version of the block fence that was changed to the one that's in the game now.

If you put enough block fencing down in a row, the darker rectangle design at the top will appear.
