Feature Wishlist

I'm sure this has been talked about on here, but I didn't see a general thread on the first page that covered all of your feature dreams! So anyways what are yours?

Mine are:

• Inviting villagers to hang out at my house
• Sitting, reading, holding drinks, etc, generally being able to do the little adorable things that you see the villagers doing all day. But without the fleas. I DON'T WANT FLEAS.
• Buying in bulk, custom quantities (could be anything, but the customization kits are what I really want)

This is a cute idea! My feature wishlist would be pretty similar to yours, OP.

• Inviting villagers to your house / villagers dropping by when you're at home
• Buying and crafting things in bulk / in custom quantities
• A shopping basket in the Able Sisters' dressing room
• Streamlined dialogue during bug offs and fishing tourneys (I know this is specific but it's seriously the biggest pain in the world to have to activate the dialogue THREE times to enter the event again. I don't know why they would willingly put that in the game.)

being able to purchase several items of the same clothing type in the fitting room in Able Sisters' and allowing us to customise Nook Miles furniture. i can't see the second one happening but i wasn't lucky with the colours i got so a part of me is wishing they'd allow us in the future aha

• A shopping basket in the Able Sisters' dressing room

YES and YES. I have a storage/work station basement and this would make so much sense. Why else put a workbench in your house? And buying in bulk at Able Sisters' would be amazing. Otherwise I have to go back 5 times to get each flannel shirt!

New features:

* More furniture
* Return of more NPCs that return in some meaningful way. Rover, Reese and Cyrus coming back just for a holiday event was neat, but I wanted to see more of them.
* Fun new events that aren't so long that they overstay their welcome. I've found that every single holiday so far has overstayed its welcome.
* More buildings. Some people will complain about this, but honestly - many people are also constantly changing up their island. You can find a place for more buildings.


Quality of life upgrades:

* Crafting in bulk
* Buying in bulk - both for Able Sisters and for Nook store. The Nook store primarily applies to things like buying customization kits. I generally want to buy more than 5 at a time. If they don't want to let me choose the exact number I want, then at least let me buy a stack of 50.
* A way to see what items have and have not been cataloged while buying from shops. This includes different color variations.
* The things that aren't in the catalog to show up in the catalog. I'm looking at you, items from the seasonal tab of the Nook shopping app!
* The ability to buy stuff without having to go to the ABD and putting money in your pockets.
* Crafting using materials in your storage without having to get them out first
* Tone down on the excessive repetitive dialog during shopping, events, and DAL

- Being able to write letters in the Switch app instead of using the in-game keyboard.
- Inviting villagers to hang out. Not even necessarily at my house, it could be just walking around town or going to the museum. Or Brewster's if they bring him back.
- Somewhere to store spare DIYs.

Seriously! I know writing letters doesn't really do anything but I like to roleplay by replying to villager letters in-characters haha. This would make it so much easier!

Just using the app keyboard in game would be nice. Like when writing letters but also when naming things or giving villagers catchphrases.

I'd like to see a few more buildings. I hope the Cafe is given its own plot (assuming we get a cafe) since it's such a fun feature. Other things I might like:

-Nook's Cranny not being color-locked. I'm a little disappointed that Nook's Cranny only appears to carry one color of each item. While there are a lot of color variations of items, there aren't that many unique furniture compared to other games. I like trading on Nookazon, but it would make it more exciting to visit the shop everyday since I'm usually just getting repeats of everything.
-More furniture/sets. I love collecting things and it's just exciting to see more.
-More endgame achievements and visitors, such as Gracie. While I enjoy collecting items and making money, there's not that much to spend on things beyond paying high prices trading on Nookazon (which is fun, but I'm unsure if that's actually intended). Unique items attached to savings account balance, extremely expensive items from Grace (perhaps $1MM or more per item), or just some sort of high level money-sink would make turnips are more urgent game beyond paying off your house loans.
-More/better villager dialogue.

I'd gladly pay for DLC. I really enjoy this game, just would like to see a little bit more in the future.

For me it’s that a basement shop split in half for Labelle and Kicks in Able’s, an empty basement space to be used by Sahara, Leif and Daisy Mae in Nooks while Nooks gets a second level for more items, bulk crafting and shopping, more rooms in our house and more exclusive to NH events and items that you couldn’t get in the other editions

The fruit stacked in cute baskets was great. Wish they hadn't removed that.

• gyroids,, i’ve never really cared for them but tbh?? i kinda miss them

the last 5 things aren’t features but it’d be really sexy to have them ;u;

Oh, love this! Here's mine:

- Being able to buy multiple things at Able Sisters
- More furniture- Weather that's DIY's or catalog I just need more!
- Brewster and his Cafe... I miss it so much
- Being able to craft in bulk and also being able to craft items with the materials from your storage. So you don't have to constantly put them in your pockets.
- Would love to see NPC's get their own shops. Why can't Leif have his own plant shop, that would be adorable.
- Villagers get more/better dialogue that isn't so repetitive for every personality.

There's lots of cool stuff on the way that's part of the lists you guys have so I'm excited for that stuff. Definitely looking forward to Brewster and growing veggies. I really, really just want more ways to interact with the villagers. They are my pals after all!

And more fruit trees would be nice. Was excited seeing lemon, grape and lychee in PC, but disappointed they weren't in NH.

• When shopping, have some type of small icon to mark down what clothing/furniture items we already have in our catalog
• On a similar note, bulk buying at Ables and Nooks!
• Rotating furniture by 45 degrees
• Let villagers craft on event days
• Letting us sit on the ground with our villagers
• Bulk crafting and pulling materials from storage
