Favourite watering can?

I currently have the silver watering can and have heard that, despite watering more spaces, the golden watering can is slower to use. What do you prefer?

neither really.. i have beautiful town and idc about gold roses anyways and probs wont have perfect anytime soon...

I prefer the way all the silver tools look, but I use the gold ones.

Although I have never actually possessed a golden watering can, I have used it a few times and I prefer the silver watering can. You can water 5 spaces at a time as opposed to 9, but the golden can doesn't just water, it also goes around and it takes more time that way. It also quite annoys me that it doesn't just water where you stand, because you usually don't need those 9 watering spaces anyway.

i think the silver ones are better looking though.

For usability I prefer the gold one but I prefer how the silver one looks.

I have tons of flowers all over my town, and I water them almost every day :3 I need the gold can.

The animation for the gold can takes too long, so I like the silver one more.

I can't remember the last time I used my watering can tbh. I do prefer the fastness of the silver but like that the gold can waters multiple flowers. I'd say the gold because it matches the rest of my tools.

gold of course. but i hate the fact that it takes longer time to water the flowers around you with it.

I have gold and use it everyday as I don't have beautiful town switched on. It doesn't take all that long but I've never got the silver watering can to know exactly what the difference is between the two.
Personally I like it....except when I forgot what I was doing and used it to water my wilted black flowers, turning them gold (I didn't want this) trying to grow more from scratch now

I tend to use the golden watering can more often. The longer animation doesn't really bother me very much, though it is noticeable. Probably doesn't bother me since I'm usually not in a rush when playing New Leaf.
