My personal favourites are a tie between the jocks and the snooties. The jocks (while I currently don't have one) are always super enthusiastic and motivating and I find them a very positive presence in a town, and the snooties, once they get past being sorta rude, are very warm and kind.
I should note though, my experiences with smugs and uchis has been pretty limited (Deirdre is just moving in so I don't know much about her, my previous uchi was Sylvia who I didn't talk to very much, and same with my only smug I ever had, Beardo), so my opinions may change once I've gotten to know a smug and uchi villager better.
Tricky....I love the smugs, my little marshal and Zell are adorable. So we're Lopez and Kyle when I had them
But I also love so many lazy villagers, punchy being my absolute favourite. But Bob, Erik, Filbert, Zucker, Beau....just brilliant villagers. It's a tie between those two
I love normals, they're just always so sweet! But I also have a huge soft spot for cranky villagers because they're more relatable for me. Snooty and Uchi are lovely to have in town too, they always make me feel cared for
snooties and normals, plus jocks and crankies are my favorites. and the lazies too. lol i guess that's almost everybody.
i'm neutral about the uchis and peppies.
cant stand the smugs
i can't decide between lazies + crankies, so i'm gunna go with both. i mean i have a soft spot for all except maybe smug, i always find them a bit creepy??
lazies are super cute, especially when you eavesdrop on two talking to each other ; u ;
and crankies are just big, grumpy softies <3
Uchis are really cool, id wanna be friends with one irl. +their tomboyish nature makes me REALLY happy
Smugs are also amazing
I didn't like crankies in WW but the moment I set my eyes on bruce in ACNL i guess it was a change of preferences or something bc i'm older now but WOWIE i fell in love so hard that it concerns me
