omg i just tried a bag of Kettle brand Carolina BBQ chips-- they are awesome!
I assumed they were going to taste like North Carolina style barbecue, which would be your basic tomato barbecue sauce with perhaps some extra vinegar tang. but in fact it turns out they're flavored of South Carolina barbecue-- a mustard based sauce! theyre different and delicious!

no i havent. im fortunate living in the Souff though to have ready access to pretty much every style of barbecue: South Carolina, Eastern North Carolina, Western North Carolina, Memphis, St. Louis, Kansas City, and Texas...
