Favourite Catchphrases/Greetings for Villagers.

Mine all have their default catchphrases because I was under the impression that if you change it, they share it with each other and I want them all to be unique. Can someone confirm?

I like most of their default catchphrases, my favourites being Dotty (wee one) and Lilly (bonbon).

They do steal them from each other. Nicknames too.

i really like giving my grumpies some grumpy-related sayings. lobo is still saying darn it for his although, vesta quickly picked up that catchphrase, so now she's romping around goin' "darn it" all cute-like too and i find it ironically funny.

Piper's catch prase is sugar rush because she asked me what I would name her debut album.

Velma's catchphrase is jinkes because Scooby-Doo

I don’t change my villager’s catchphrases because I don’t want them to spread between them. For greetings, most of them have ones like ‘Hi hi hi!!’ or ‘What’s up, buddy?’. But I have two uchi/sisterly villagers (Cherry and Muffy) who live next to each other, and their greetings always make me laugh!
Cherry’s is ‘Be gay do crime!’, and Muffy’s is ‘Be crime do gay!’. Hearing them back to back is very good c:

Diva - "nerd bomber" ; greeting = "Nerd alert!"
Judy - "uwu"
Snake - "........slime man" ; greeting = "Goooob morning"
Flora - "THONK"
Ankha - "sis" ; greeting = "IMHOTEP" (from the Mummy movie)
Chester - "peepoFat" (the twitch emoji)
Sly - "GET SWOLE" ; greeting = "RISE AND GRIND"
Huck - "lady bro"
Sylvana - greeting = "hwi"
