Favorite Villager That Wasn't Brought Back?

I don't think anyone's mentioned her here, but Carrot! She looks super cute and I think she would go great with some of the other food villagers (Ketchup, Tangy, etc).

I mentioned all the cows. They’re so cute. Sad that they left a lot of them out and Carrot would have been so cute in New Horizons.

Favorite is Meow with Bow being an honorable mention, but I doubt they'll come back.

Champ and Woolio are one I'd like to see brought back, and also Quetzal, Pironkon, Carrot, Pigleg, and Poko.

Not sure if this counts or not, but a lot of exclusive New Leaf amiibos like the Sanrio, Legend of Zelda, Monster Hunter, and Splatoon villagers. I really like Chelsea and Chai because of their designs, so hopefully they’ll come back in another update.

I would have loved to see Lulu in new horizons! we don’t have enough Anteater characters as is and I’d 100% salty Cyrano made the cut and Lulu didn’t
