Patrick is my favorite in seasons 1-3 (not really a fan of what they did with him later).

Mr. Krabs is my favorite now.

Squidward, his personality is so relatable, I used to play the clarinet so I can relate to him on that as well. Also he's a squid so it's kind of a given that I would like him.

Boring answer, but it's Spongebob! His pet snail Gary can be adorable at times, though.

It makes me kinda sad that nobody voted for Mrs. Puff, but I understand why she wouldn't be a fan-favorite.
I think if you had asked me this question maybe 5 years ago, I would've voted for Squidward, for keepin' it real. I have always enjoyed the outward curmudgeon but mostly just a responsible adult" character, but I think after the pandemic, the world needs a little more sunshine and earnest people being kind to each other (hence I voted for SpongeBob).
