I like a lot of the bunnies, but thanks to the time I spent with him in NL, my vote goes to the rabbit with the stache - Gaston! 
He may not be what most people would call the cutest, but I think he is cute even with that mustache; it suits him and his personality well.
After him, I would pick Dotty, Cole and Gabi

Tiffany and Gabi, my main gals from NL, love that they look sorta like sisters with highly different aesthetics.
I really like O'Hare too, his little hat is so fun. Coco is also really unique. Honestly I don't think there's a bad rabbit villager, they're probably the most consistent species!

i love that they're sisters and they match enough to look like twins (even though they aren't)
