Mine is..Tues/Friday.

I work in retail. Every day is the same. My favourite day of the week is my day off.

It used to be Thursday but I have a class from 4:00pm-7:00pm and it takes me an hour to drive there and back. The rest of the days I have crappy work so I guess it'd be Saturday. I get to sleep in and stay up late.

Tuesdays. For whatever reason, I'm always the least pissed off on Tuesdays and am generally much happier.
