Favorite Album(s) of 2015?

Pretty dull year for music but I'll say Beach House - Depression Cherry. I've been meaning to give Bj?rk's new album a listen but I haven't gotten to it yet. Next year looks to be better.

Get to see Coldplay next year & have managed to see Brandon Flowers twice this year!

Off the top of my head....

To Pimp A Butterfly by Kendrick Lamar
Art Angels by Grimes
Four Walls by f(x)
35XXV by ONE OK ROCK
Communion by Years and Years
Crybaby by Melanie Martinez
M3LL155X by FKA Twigs (I know this is an EP and not an album but this needed to be included)

Unfortunately I didn't listen to a lot of albums released this year but I still feel like I'm forgetting some.

Badlands by Halsey, Crybaby by Melanie Martinez, Blurryface by twenty one pilots, Sounds Good Feels Good by 5 Seconds of Summer & Made in the A.M. by One Direction.
Out of those, my all-time favourite would probably have to be Blurryface, I love the songs on there and Tyler & Josh have really given us an emotional, very open album which I really like.

I left out a couple: Blue Neighbourhood by Troye Sivan and Beauty Behind the Madness by The Weeknd.

I can't name any. Sadly, I don't follow many modern groups, and I suppose the ones I do didn't release anything new in 2015.*sigh*

My favourite album was Slayer's "Repentless".

My 2nd favourite album this year, is from a local band from the town I live live in. They're called Hamradun, and I know the vocalist from the band. He is the former vocalist of T?r. Which is a famous metal band.

I was gonna post Slayer Repentless' cover artwork but it's way too gorey to post here.

Bumpin this, I have some people haven't said, so I guess it relevant

Both of Lil Ugly Mane's new projects from last year are at the top of my list, I really loved them. Third Side of Tape hops many genres and is cool af, and Oblivion Access is noisy af.

Death Grips released the other half of *****s on the Moon, Jenny Death, and I thought it was really good. Love how the two halves contrast one another. Also seeing them live was intense af.

Car Seat Headrest's new one was good, even if it was just touch ups of old songs. Also was fun live.

Algiers released their first release and it's super cool gospel infused post punk, mega fave.

Neon Indian's idea of retro futuristic funk was really fun.

Vulnicura ****ed me up and was beautiful.

of Montreal's latest was pretty good, had some nice funky parts, and seeing them live made me feel one with my sexuality tbh.

well pop is pretty much just for teenage girls that only like it bc of their friends liking it, and rock has nothing to the genre it's just shouting but +1 for that Pusha T s/o
lol.
