1.) My Fauna is NOT original. Her clothing & house are both unoriginal.

Since Fauna is so popular & I'm auctioning her instead of outright selling her at 50 mil, it doesn't seem too high to me cx
As for her being unoriginal, it's pretty simple to just mail her her original clothing/furniture Most people probably won't spend a lot of time in her house anyhow.
