It wants me to hang a clothing item on my wall but won't let me is it because I chose a halo or does anyone know it's my first time using update play..Also when starting a new town I want to sell reset what do I do at startup..sorry two questions but what will it let me hang just clothes or is this a problem?

By "clothing item" it's really a shirt or dress. You can't hang up hats or masks

Also, if you want to reset your town and get money for it, you ask Isabelle at startup to reset, in "other setting". Be careful though, you can only get money for your town if you can sit on your plaza tree.
