Fantasy Wishes

I was at work the other day and this huge guy comes in, for some reason my first thought was that he'd of been one Hell of a gladiator. It then got me thinking as to time periods etc. and where I'd of love to of seen/experienced. Allowing some fantasy elements, I had thought of being a knight who was a proud Dragon-Slayer. To have stories told of the grandeur of my adventures. I've always had a fondness for knights, warriors and that sort of situation. Any game that has those elements I tend to really enjoy.
That certainly isn't the only place I'd want to be, but it's what I'll put for now.

Now, my question to you, if you could of lived in any time period where would you be, what would you be known for and why?
It can really be anything you want, but you cannot just live there. You have to be famous for something, good or bad.

I would have loved to be a Venecian Cortesan in the 16th century PRIOR to the witch hunts.

Like Veronica Franco. Only instead of a poet I would be an artist and there would be no plagues or diseases or anything (this is fantasy right?) lol

Era?! Hell if I had to pick an era I would have loved to experience life before and during world war 2 in the United States. I'd be famous for.....nothing special, just being a singer I guess. If I could live in an alternate dimension I would be living in the one where the US got nuked and I'd be living in the aftermath (after radiation levels dropped enough for life to exist)....Been playing too much fallout .

If we're bringing those sort of fantasy worlds into this, then I'd like to be in any of the tabletop RPG worlds I play. Fallout would be pretty cool too, but not out in the Mojave. I'd rather stay on the east coast.

If we could have fantasy worlds, oh, I have plenty of ideas.

I'd love to live in the world of Fallout, east coast of course. Preferably near DC.

If I had to live in the world of the Elder Scrolls, then I'd want to live in Solitude. It's the most modern looking city, though I would be afraid of the Falmer, so maybe I could live in Falkreath. I like that.

If I had to live in the world of Pokemon, then I'd have a Munchlax, a Skitty, a Cyndaquil, and I'd prefer to live in Hoenn.

If I had to live in the real world, I'd love to live in the old west like Rooster wants to. That could be fun.
