Is funny sometimes to go through thread in Re-Tail and Villager Trading Plaza. Not to buy or sell just to read how people argue or fight over for just something...in game... not all time is intense but some is quite funny xD Just finish reading one that people argued over when they lose in Auction lolx~

People definitely get very passionate, for sure. I also go on there just to lurk. It is a bit disappointing to see how some people can be, though. Ultimately, its a game, not worth being underhanded or mean or bullying people over. The thing that bothers me the most is when a group of people gang up on someone and then start to bully. Thats not right.

Yepp agree. I see how people fight over for one villagers they think they deserve it more than others. Or breaking promise after seeing higher offer, well guess that human nature. I think game should be taken lightly and laid back and that how you enjoy a game =)

What I'm more curious about is how people manage to save up 40 million bells and more in-game. That's just beyond me. Beetle hunting day and night?

Turnip selling. I spent 1,309,500 on turnips and made a profit of 7,209,000 in one trip. In a couple of weeks' time, I now have 20,000,000 in the bank. The post office gives you rewards up to the 100,000,000 level, but I'm not sure I'll get there or even try. I have never spent any money on a villager, though I have gotten very lucky with raffles and giveaways.

I bought a bunch of turnips once and actually ended up losing on them as the price at re-tail was never high enough. I guess I don't know much about the stock market.

I tt back to Sunday and buy them if someone on the forum has a high selling price

I had a rosie giveaway once, and this one girl * cough* 10 years old * cough * got so mad she threatened to report me. Anyway, I make my bells selling villagers that I collect from the campsite and beetle hunting. As well as the occasional turnips

If you dup, it basically means you put no effort into life

The most I had ever saved up (that's obviously after pay off my home-loans, getting many PWP's, etc.) was around 8 million and that required a lot of effort and hard work over many beetle hunting trips as I was trying to save up for a villager. So I find it surprising when people don't hesitate to bid 30 million on auctions (presumably, they must have even more in their bank account if they can afford this).
Sorry to have gone a bit off-topic with this but I was just curious. :P

You have to go to the Train Station section of this site and look for people who have high prices at their Re-Tails. I have never failed to find someone with a price from 300-630. Relying on your own town doesn't often work. I've never seen good prices locally. This week was the first time I "cheated" and set my other town to Sunday to buy a second round of turnips. I couldn't pass on the 631 price.

I made a million a night from beetle hunting...that was tiring I also had rich town ordinance on.Now I don't really need so many bells cause i don't buy items anymore, and i have 5 towns that i can cycle villagers i want from to either trade or keep for myself.
