Fallout 76 : Trailer & Discussion

New Fallout, looks like it is taking place in West Virginia (rocky mountain areas?). According to the wiki, Vault 76 was a control vault that was set to open 20 years after the bombs were dropped.

The leaks that I've seen which are extremely credible have pinned this as being like elder scrolls online which makes not want to get it really...

I really wanted obsideon to have control over the franchise since they're pretty much the ones who made fallout (it was black isle and the like but you know the story) and their fallout games have been far superior imo. This was an unexpected surprise from Bethesda which makes me feel like it won't be that great... I'm not ruling it out though ^-^

Little too early to jump to conclusions but everything I've heard about the game so far has me a little worried, for bethesda's sake I sure hope they have more news about the game soon.

I just want another Elder Scrolls. Fallout 4 was a huge disappointment so my hopes are extremely low for this one.

i really enjoyed fallout 4, and the new things it brought. but i was hoping for a new skyrim, but maybe it means they’re still working on it and it’ll be good (it has been forever, so it better be good). but i do kind of like everything i’ve heard about it so far

The Fallout community on reddit is seemingly a bunch of morons. That aside, Pete Hines (marketing/comms @ Bethesda) tweeted this out a few days ago: https://twitter.com/DCDeacon/status/1002281771214438402

It's clear that he thinks people are jumping to conclusions. I am sure multiplayer will be integrated into the game, but it's hard to say exactly how strictly it will be enforced, or what the game will really be like. E3 is soon!

From what I remember Bethesda confirmed they're working on a new elder scrolls but it's so ambitious that they either need to wait for the hardware to catch up or they just need heaps of time to finish it.
