For the most part, this will be first come, first served

If you say you are lurking for a particular villager, I will try to notify you as soon as I know they will be moving. However, I move on very quickly when I get no response.

Please try to only lurk for villagers I actually have in my town. It's hard to keep track of villagers I don't even have yet! Plus I probably will forget to PM you once I actually DO have them in my town.

Prices are not set in stone. If you want a villager but don't have enough, just offer! I'll very likely accept anything.
