Extending your land plot time without tting

I don’t know if this will work for everyone, but I figured I’d mention it here in case anyone wanted to give it a shot! For anyone with an unsold landplot who doesn’t want to risk a move-in, stay in the airport overnight (you need to leave your switch on) so when it hits 5 AM the day doesn’t really reset. I did this and invited Tia then when I came back out they said she was moving in (indicating the day hadn’t reset before I had left the airport)

This doesn't affect me since I have 10 villagers and use amiibo but this is still super helpful info for a lot of people so thanks for sharing. I'm just glad to see this little tip! It might still benefit me one day!
