This topic is made of win. Exactly what I try to tell those Microsoft and Sony fanboys. Yes, I'm a Nintendo fanboy, but I'm not the type to say that the other companies suck. They just don't have the type of games I like. I like fun, original, mascot games, like Mario, Zelda, Kirby, etc. You can't find anything like that on the other systems. The only non-Nintendo franchise that is close to those types of games that I can think of is Sonic, which is why I also like it. So I don't talk crap about the other companies, I only talk good about Nintendo, 'cause I don't really care enough about Microsoft and Sony to bother insulting them.

I've seen fanboys say the Wii sucks and they had only played 2 games on it. 2 games is not enough to judge if a console is good or not.

And the only thing I don't like about the Wii is it's built in memory. But if Nintendo comes out with a update to play VC games off a SD card I'll be ok with it since it's VC games thats taking up my memory anyway.

They're working on an update, actually. They said it sometime around E3 '08. And if hackers can make the Wii read stuff off an SD card (e.g. Homebrew Channel apps), then Nintendo should be able to. I dunno why they haven't yet.

True. Its ok to hate a console. But when someone flames people because they like a console that they don't like that does make em a fanboy. You see that stuff all the time on youtube. And when people join this site that don't like Nintendo (such as TheSonyMan) just to say how much the Wii sucks and the PS3/360 is better does make em a fanboy.

have you guys played Wii Fit, or Wii Music? If you look at it, yeah, it seems a little silly, but who cares what other people think? It's all about if you feel good playing it. I played a demo, and by god I was astonished. That had to be the most fun since Wii Sports. And Wii Fit, I haven't played it, but my sister has and she says it's incredibly fun, too.

And yes, the inevitable fact is that if Nintendo hadn't come around, the systems wouldnt be coming out like they were today. Here's a small history lesson.

When the Super Nintendo came out, Nintendo was working with Sony to make a CD-based add-on for the SNES. But they broke off and made the revolutionary PlayStation. WHo knew they had something in common with Nintendo? They also worked with Phillips, but then we got the CD-i. Ew. And Microsoft was already advancing in the market with their computers and PC gaming. They basically thought, hey, if we can make epic computers, why not make a game console? And so they did. They only joined so they could try and compete and dominate both the PC and gaming world. If it was only the PS1, I doubt they wouldve had the need to try and make a game console with just one other competitor.

YOu see, it all began with Nintendo.
And it rocked the world into what we know today. There are no console wars. Every system is great in it's own way. There is no reason to bash on Nintendo. If anything, we should be bashing on the economy. You can't tell me THAT'S not going down the craphole, eh?

I honestly don't base games on ratings.
They say it's not biased, but it usually is.
Just look at IGN.

Anyways, I'm glad I played the game or else I would've been wondering forever.
