Ever been lucky enough to have tier 1 or 2 villagers as starters?

I'm lucky enough to get not one highly-praised villager, but two! Carmen and Bam are among these starter villagers, while the former hasn't ever moved out.

I was never able to get top tiers as my starters, but I got them as random move-ins and campers~

I had Ankha once. But in my last town, Marshal, Beau, and Rosie moved in and Stitches was a starter. Very lucky, but I don't like them tbh

Diana is one of my original five. xD Also Erik and Lopez are my 8th and 9th villagers. I got Erik in a tent and Lopez as a random move in.

Back then, I didn't realize this game cursed my town to be a deer town at the very beginning.

i had ankha and marshal as a random move in i really like marshal & ankha grew on me but i wouldn't keep her

Nope. The only lucky time I had with a top tier villager was when Marshal moved in via streetpass though

I got Francine as starter villager after resetting like 10 times, idk does it count though. My starters in my first town were all like tier 5 I've gotten lots of popular villagers from the campsite without resetting, so I've still been pretty lucky.

I have a sick feeling that I had tier 1s/2s before I got on BellTree after I restarted my town, lol. But not that I remember! I really want another copy though, so maybe!

However, my younger sister (5) got ACNL and Tia was one of her starters and Dierdre moved in afterward!

I just got NL yesterday, was surprised when both Ankha and Beau greeted me when I got off the train. ^-^ They're both so nice, and im feeling very lucky. <3

Started with beau in my new town then villager reset until I got another tier 1 which was marshal. Camp reset for marina and then right when i was going to give up I tt'ed to normal date and guess who was in my camp

I got Beau and Ankha when I restarted. Ankha was the first to go, and I got lots of nice DLC for her. I don't really understand what's so appealing about her, but everybody has preferences. Beau is one of my favorites, but I've been thinking it's time to let him go and get a new villager.

Yeah. I got 2 tier 1 villagers as starters the last time I restarted my main town, which was May 7th. I had Stitches and Rosie as my starters, I kept Stitches and let Rosie move.

Back then I was so new to New Leaf and didn't know about tiers & online forums.. Had no idea they were so popular. lol I just liked them cuz they were adorable C:

I had both Lolly and Rosie (Tier 1) and Punchy (Tier 2).

One of my towns had a starting line-up of Molly, Bluebear, Apollo, Ankha, and Stitches. All dreamies or popular villagers. It's s shame I ended up hating the town.

My current town has Diana and Rosie.

Well, I've only restarted my town once for NL and my starting villagers were pretty much all tier 4/5 both times. I think I got Fang once, years ago on the GC version. That's about it, lol.
