Events During the Halloween Season

Are there any events that take place during the Halloween season on TBT, as I have seen a pumpkin carving contest awrad. Does that still heppen, and if so is it just carving a pumpkin irl and submitting your picture?

There are Halloween events but it isn't the same bunch of contests every single year.

And yeah that's pretty much what the pumpkin carving contest is

Like gyro said the events are different every year. To my knowledge, pumpkin carving only took place in 2017. Other years there were events that involved writing scary stories, drawing, solving a code, making a "potion" and taking a picture of it, and other fun things.

We also got to make ghosts out of our hand tracings one year, as well as Photoshop our spooky friend Wix into different scenarios.

My favorite is the TBT Spooktacular, even though I didn’t participate as I was inactive at the time.

For those who have been around for a few years, which Halloween events/contests did you guys like the most?

The one year that had the trial event was extremely fun, where we were awarded candies/temporary collectibles (I'm pretty sure) for each stage we passed. I was the 2nd person to finish so I didn't win the dark candy but I could TASTE it. Definitely one of my favorite and most engaging events on TBT

The Spellectibles creation was of course awesome also, but I can understand the hesitation to bring that one back

i always like the puzzles where you have to solve for a word/clue (like the PHANTASM one) but i guess that isn't halloween-exclusive, iirc it appeared during easter at some point? oh yeah and unlocking new "levels" to the woods like jacob mentioned was fun.

i wish we could access the events so i could remember more but the spellectibles contest also seemed fun

The 2016 event with all the different stages and temporary collectibles was super unique and fun! I can imagine it was the most work to run but it was interesting (not that the other events were not!) and really felt like a sort of quest.

My favorite was the whole The Woods Expedition 2 event, especially really enjoyed the pumpkin contest
and those with Wix included.
