I like my 100% wi-fi rating and have no intention of screwing you over. If the stats are to my liking, I can pay as soon as I check? Event Pokemon are never EV or IV trained unless someone does so AFTER receiving them. They always have a set of predetermined stats that are -slightly- different due to Natures.

It's a little low. Is it okay if you pay 50 TBT for each event, so that would be 400? If you don't want the dogs, I'll do 300.

While that's true of EVs, IV's are decided upon hatching of the Pokemon and cannot be changed. For events, you can soft reset.

Anywho, potentially interested in that Manaphy depending on the nature again.
