Error Code #003-4099?

Has anyone else ever gotten error code #003-4099 when trying to connect to someone else's town? I tried to connect with one of my friends this evening and I couldn't go to his town and he couldn't come to mine. I searched on Nintendo.com to try and figure it out but their information didn't help!

Anyone have any idea how I can fix it? Thank you!!

I've gotten a different Error Code when I visit someone else's town.
Happens 1-3 times, then it works.
Might be connection problems?

Player compatibility issues, me thinks. I would try again tomorrow. It's not your fault, it's the game/Nintendo's fault.

I've gotten error codes while trying to wi-fi like that before too, but it's usually fixed after I save & quit and restart up the game.

Thanks for the replies! My friend and I plan on trying again tomorrow. I'll update the thread to see if I could get it to work out.
