Cycling Enter the Asylum [CLOSED]

Hello, and welcome to Arkham Asylum. Please enjoy your visit, and please do not disturb any of the inmates. If you have business here, head to the desk on the left and an assistant will aid you. As a warning, the Joker has just been re-caught and we will be going on lockdown to put him back in his cell, so your visit will have to be shortened. Enjoy your stay.

Yet another temporary cycling thread from your silly neighborhood dog! Here in Arkham, we do our best to keep our patients comfortable and somewhat sane. For that reason, only 4 will be moving in and out at this time. The cycling can also be slow at times, as to not disturb the more volatile patients. (My timezone is EST.)

Rules:
1. Please be polite and courteous!
2. Do not sell/auction the villagers you receive. If I see you doing so, I will not allow you to adopt from me.
3. T1/T2 villagers will be raffled. All others are first come, first serve, and all are free.
4. If, for some reason I feel uncomfortable with giving you a villager, please do not harass or provoke me.
5. No one will be autovoided. I may post on Reddit if no one is interested.
6. No reserves unless it's a special situation. A "special situation" would be a case by case basis, but examples would include finding close friends' dreamies, or those that have helped me get mine. Things like that.
Raffle Rules: You must have dreamie proof for the T1's. It's preferred, but not required for T2's. Sorry!
