I didn't realize sleep paralysis was so common... I've never experienced it, but I have (have had?) sleep apnea, and that's terrifying enough. I don't want to add paralysis to that.

Oops sorry I never responded! But yea, that may be what it is called. Sleep paralysis is a state in which your mind is awake and conscious but your body isn't. Your eyes are open but you cannot move or speak. And you often feel pressure on your chest. It lasts for about 2 minutes but to the victim it may feel like an hour. Some people who experienced it see horrifying hallucinations and I hope you didn't see those.
Personally I have never experienced it but about 2 years ago I heard about this topic and became really invested in studying it. I've done a few of my health projects in school about sleep paralysis. I can't remember if it has to do with your health or anything but I don't think it is caused by bad health. I think it is just the way you may be sleeping.
If I were you I would do some research to prevent this from happening again. <:/

I might too! This seems kinda fun! Plus it is a way to make friends, help yourself and others out without having to face rules besides being nice, respectful and all, and you make loads of TBT.

You know, 800 seemed crazy at first, but really it just helps people in many other ways too.
Like if this was only 100 posts till the prize, I probably wouldn't even have commented and I would have still had 15 TBT rather than like 215+ XD
