Guuuyyysss - I need help/advice... I have a cycling thread (Atheos Cycling) and I am about to start cycling two towns rather than one. My predicament is that I don't know if I should attempt to revamp my current cycling thread (It's going to be so much to change xC) Or if I should just close it and create a new thread with the two town information/rules/current reservations from my current thread .... Idk what I should do! And... Is it against any sort of rule if I were to close my current cycling thread and create a new/different/better one??

I wasn't sure what board to post this sort of question on so I figured I'd ask you guys xD

You could also make a new thread for your second cycling town, maybe that would be clearer for both you and the viewers. If you'd like to keep it in one thread, though, I'd say make a new thread. I don't see why it would be against the rules, and people will realise it's different and it has changed that way.

Mind you, you are still quite a newbie only having been here for a year. If you want to compare it to most active members at the moment though, there are a lot that joined just a few months ago so compared to that you aren't such a newbie.

I really can't remember haha, it's been too long. Back then my English wasn't as good yet, and I only registered to be able to contact a few of my English friends. I used to be on a Dutch forum, and a few people on there had contact with some English people so I made a few friends that way. Unfortunately that forum has been discontinued now, so I kind of switched to this forum.

For me it says you joined the 27th? That's weird...
After all, I guess 1 year is quite a long time. But you don't know the ins and outs of the forum then, because the site doesn't only consist of the present. Past occurances and knowing how the forum was in the past makes you more of a veteran, and I'd say one year isn't enough for that. Besides, you'd have only been around during one generation of the game.

Thanks ^.^ I'll think I'll just make a new thread then and make sure to post a note saying what it used to be, and a link to the old closed one. Hmm, yep.. This sounds good haha

Yeah, if I have to be honest, I liked the community there a lot better. It's not that the people aren't nice here, but you just knew everyone there and it was our cosy little place. The atmosphere was quite different, and we all went online together and had fun. I can't really explain it, but because there were so little people everyone was just very close and we were almost like a little family.
This sounds so depressing. xD
