no, I wasn't. I am the FIRST member of the ACAC, by the way, so that rule bypassed me.

BULERIAS kind of helped me start it.

And BASTOISE and TYOSHI asked if they could do it too.

And if it wasnt for GBMASTER, I dont know if we would of had this forum. It's kind of a long story, but to make it short, he had his own forum, and it gave me the idea to have more than just a website.
